Routine maintenance footcare improves the older adult’s quality of life. Medicare in our country does not cover this aspect of footcare for all Americans. This is what started me wanting to start my mobile footcare business because of the great need.
A lack of routine foot care can often lead to chronic pain and discomfort the feet, which can then lead to decreased walking and balance increasing the risk for falls. People often ask me how often should I have routine footcare? Every 3 months is the average length of time between care.
